How much will it cost to get my computer fixed?
Since there are thousands of different computers and just as many different computer problems, it is impossible to give a definitive answer to this question.  Our rates are competitive and very reasonable, and we will give you a good idea of the cost upfront and contact you prior to doing any work if there is likely to be a significant increase in this cost.

How long will I be without my computer?
The vast majority of software problems and services are completed within 24 hours while many smaller problems can be completed onsite.

Hardware problems may take longer if parts need to be ordered from external suppliers. For example, replacing the screen in a laptop usually takes about a week.

Do you charge extra to pick up and drop off my computer at my home or office?
We are based on the southern Mornington Peninsula but we do not charge any extra to travel to your home or business, anywhere on the Mornington Peninsula - from Frankston to Flinders to Portsea and everywhere in between.

I work during the day, can you pick up my computer outside business hours?
Yes. We understand that many people are not at home during business hours so we can arrange to pickup your computer early in the morning, in the evening or on weekends.  We operate from 8:00am to 8:00pm, 7 days a week.

How will I know what you have done?
When your computer is returned to you, you will also receive a comprehensive report detailing exactly what was done to your system and it will also provide comments and recommendations for you.  Our goal is to exceed your expectations and our clients so far have been surprised and very happy with the level of service that we provide.

Can you help me buy a new computer?
Yes, as experts in the field we can demystify the jargon and explain what everything means in simple terms.  With many years experience and having run our own business, we can soon determine what will be important to you and give you advice accordingly. We can research the best deal and then set up your new computer to suit your requirements exactly. 

In addition, we have an ongoing relationship with Dell computers and can usually get a better deal than if you purchase from Dell directly. Please give us a call to discuss this further, you won’t be disappointed.
